Raekwon Dickerson

Mr. Raekwon Niketa Dickerson was born September 10, 1995 in Winston Salem, NC to N’Gai Dickerson and Lakisha Nelson. He attended Reynolds High School and graduated from Job Corp. 

Raekwon had many talents and things he enjoyed doing. Music was also one of Raekwon’s favorite things to do. One of his favorite songs was by RyloRodriguez “Roommates”. He was a die-hard San Francisco 49ers fan. 

On Friday May 5th, 2023, Raekwon passed away unexpectedly. He was proceeded in death by his paternal grandmother, Lawanda Dickerson; maternal great-grandparents, Ruth L. Chandler Nelson and Joseph L. Nelson.

Raekwon is survived by his mother, Lakisha (Ceirra) Nelson; father, N’Gai Dickerson; loving partner, Paris Hooper; sisters, Nikki S. Nelson and Michelle Crockett; brothers, Michael Crockett and NaShawn Nelson; grandmother, Gwendolyn Nelson; uncles, Marcus Brown, Glendell Nelson, Dejuan Pickett, Ryhem Pickett, Ikey Dickerson; special cousin, Cliff Leak; godmother, Sherita Reid; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousin, and close friends.
