Na’Kelia Amori Jennings was born April 15, 2004, and passed away peacefully on January 15, 2025, at Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center.
Na’Kelia graduated from RJ Reynolds High School where she loved playing basketball and expressing her artist capabilities. She was a dedicated and loyal employee of Carolina Ale House for several years. Being a creative hair stylist was her great passion. She would brighten any room with her presence and beautiful smile. Her brightness flourished after the birth of her only child, Messiah Lamont Campbell, who was her world.
Na’Kelia was preceded in death by her Great Grandmother, Sherlie Mae Peoples; and Grandfather, Richard Worthy.
She leaves to cherish her memory her son, Messiah; parents, Leah Branson (James Pettis), Timothy Jennings, and James Nelson; grandmother, Beverly Branson; four brothers, Nasier Smith, Timothy Jennings Jr, Dae’Von Hudson, and Dae’Shaun Hudson; best friend, Victoria Wingate; and many loving aunts, uncles, cousins, family and friends.
