Ms. Karen Payne Oliver, 54 was the daughter of Doris Payne Hampton and late James Reginald Withers.

Karen was born December 25, 1969 in Winston Salem North Carolina. She was peacefully surrounded by her loving kids as she departed on October 16, 2024 at Novant Forsyth Medical Center Winston Salem, North Carolina. She was proceeded in death by her father James Reginald Withers along with her late brother Lewis Cannon III and James Reginald Withers Jr.

Karen had a special place in her heart for her children and grandchildren. She loved when her grandchildren came to visit and spend time with her. If you knew Karen she loved to shop online and her other two favorite things to enjoy were a cold Pepsi and a snickers bar and a good ole Newport.

A life so beautiful that she leaves us cherishable memories in the lives of her mother Doris (Nathan) Hampton; children Jakeia Payne, Christopher Crockett Jr. and Trameka Payne; her seven grandchildren, Cincier McCollough, Ahndray Collins, Nevaeh, Nylah, NiaSimone, Khayden, Nariyah Crockett; her beautiful siblings sister Tonya Payne, brother Jay Withers, and a host of niece, nephew and cousins and other relatives and friends.
