Jeannie "Michelle" Hege, better known as Michelle, passed away on March 25, 2023, surrounded by her loved ones. Born on October 31, 1965, in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, Michelle brought light and love into the world for 57 years.
Michelle graduated from Parkland High School in 1984 and dedicated her life to helping others as an Altruistic Caregiver. Her intelligence, perseverance and caring persona touched the lives of many who had the opportunity to work with her. She forged strong relationships and made a lasting impact on her community.
A talented and creative individual, Michelle enjoyed painting and engaging in various artistic projects. With her innovative spirit, she brought joy and beauty to those around her. Michelle's greatest passion, however, was helping the community. Her selflessness and dedication led her to volunteer at numerous organizations throughout her life. Including founding the Underdog Nation. Michelle's caring, loving, smart, and innovative personality will be sorely missed by all who knew her. She was a beacon of hope, inspiration, and support for everyone who had the honor of meeting her.
Michelle is survived by her Wife Eva Hernandez, her beloved children Daughter Brandy Phelps, Son Kevin Lambeth, and Daughter Brittney Jones. Father of her children Tony Lambeth. Siblings, Brothers Mike Hege (Pam Hege), Ricky Hege, Robbie Hege (Angie), Ernest "Dicky" Hege; Sisters Teresa Doby-Money, and Yullanda Faye Dickey. Her 2nd mother Susie Allen. Sister-in-law Genevieve Walton and Mother and Father-in-law Yvonne and Dennis Roach. Aunt Joyce and Uncle Richard and Son Little Robert. Grandkids Deven Comer, Chase Comer, Joshua Lambeth, Allie Lambeth and Aurora Jones. She had many nieces and nephews who loved her dearly; Eric Hege, Richard "Junebug" Hege, Marie Spach, and Savanna Hege. She is preceded in death by her Mom Helen Hege and Father Robert Hege. Sister-in-law Joni Hege. Nieces Samantha Hege, Chrystal White, Christina Hege. Nephew Brian White.
