Evon Tully (Warren) Dillard

Ms. Evon Tully Dillard, 82, formally of 1552 Pleasant St, was born November 10, 1938, in Caswell County, NC.

She was a graduate of Atkins High School in Winston-Salem, NC. In her life, she was a family woman and loved spending time with them. After graduating from high school, she moved to various states including New York City. In her spare time, you could find her playing crossword puzzles, going fishing, and was an awesome cook.

Evon transitioned from labor to reward on November 10, 2020, at Forsyth Medical Center. She was proceeded in death by her husband, mother Cora Warren, siblings Kristina Warren, James Wesley Warren, and John Warren.

Evon is survived by her children Chris Speed, Celia “Renee” (Larry) Speed, William “Junebug” Warren; siblings Katherine “Cat” Harris and Mohammed “Tommy” Herb, nieces and nephews Mark “Donald” (Crystal) Hughes, David Harris, Harron Harris, Patricia Thorn, Mary Warren, Bunk Warren; special friend Sandy Tootle; and a host of cousins and friends.

A graveside service will be held at 3 pm Tuesday, November 24, 2020, at Gardens of Memory in Walkertown, NC.
