Ms. Christine Jones Moses, 86, of 4269 Oak Pointe Dr, was born July 21, 1934 to Pearl and Arthur Jones in Winston-Salem, NC
Christine was a member of Macedonia True Vine Holiness Church under the leadership of Bishop S.D. Johnson and First Lady Billie Johnson. As a member of the church, she was very active in many church activities. Her main function was being apart of the Mothers Board of the church. She loved the word and believed in the power of God, knowing all things are possible through him.
Her family brought her so much joy. She enjoyed fellowshipping with them through cooking and eating together. Christine was an awesome cook and would cook some of the best dishes that only she could do. In her spare time, you would find her shopping at Goodwill finding clothes and items that she loved. She also loved to travel and being around the water at Myrtle Beach where it brought her peace and calmness. Even at her later age she still was young at heart loving to go to Disneyworld and enjoying certain activities that brought her joy and happiness.
On the morning of Wednesday, November 11, 2020, Christine took the morning train home to travel to her final home of eternal rest with God.
Christine is survived by her children Michael (Sherri) Moses, Ahmad (Marsha) Moses, Mario (Kattie) Moses, and Rittina “DeeDee” (Paul, Sr.) Feggins; former spouse Jimmy L Moses, Sr.; and a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Due to the Covid-19 restriction, private services will be held at a later time.
